We sell reusable bottles and related accessories through our online Shopify store.
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.
Because our products are supplied through international dropshipping partners, including suppliers located in China, slight variations in color, packaging, or design may occur.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are shown in [EUR/USD] and include VAT, where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers available on Shopify.
We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by banks, payment providers, customs authorities, or local governments.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We offer international shipping.
Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or supplier delays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply, depending on the destination country, and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must:
Be unused and in original condition;
Include original packaging where possible.
It will be returned within 14 days after notifying us.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.
8. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence.
Refunds may be refused if:
The item has been used improperly.
The damage was caused by misuse.
The return conditions are not met.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
